Individuals who have previously been terminated from TEKTARIQ programs for violation of conduct standards are ineligible for re-enrollment. Payment terms and refund eligibility will be communicated in writing upon enrollment. All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of program start. Refunds may be subject to deductions for services rendered. No refunds will be issued for withdrawals initiated after the fourth week of the program. Canceled sessions or program modifications initiated by TEKTARIQ may result in full or partial refunds at our discretion.

All participants must maintain professional and respectful behavior toward fellow participants, mentors, and TEKTARIQ staff. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or any form of unethical conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the program. Participants are prohibited from sharing confidential company information, client data, or proprietary project details. Any violation of our code of conduct may affect future program eligibility.

All course materials, including videos, presentations, documents, and learning resources provided by TEKTARIQ, are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of TEKTARIQ IT SOLUTIONS LTD. Participants may use these materials solely for personal learning purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of course materials is strictly prohibited without written permission from TEKTARIQ.

Participants retain ownership of their original work and portfolio projects created during the program. However, TEKTARIQ retains the right to showcase selected participant work on our website, marketing materials, and case studies with proper attribution. Participants grant TEKTARIQ a non-exclusive license to use project descriptions and anonymized project details for promotional purposes. Participants may opt out of portfolio showcasing by notifying TEKTARIQ in writing.

Personal information collected during registration and program participation is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. TEKTARIQ will not share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law. Our programs utilize third-party platforms, tools, and software for delivery and assessment. TEKTARIQ is not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or technical issues caused by these third-party providers. While we take reasonable precautions to use reputable tools, we do not warrant the performance, reliability, or security of external platforms. Participants use these tools at their own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TEKTARIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in our programs. This includes loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. TEKTARIQ's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the program. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

TEKTARIQ reserves the right to modify program content, schedule, curriculum, or structure at any time to ensure the highest quality of instruction. In the event of significant changes, affected participants will be notified with reasonable advance notice. If substantial modifications make the program unsuitable for you, withdrawal and potential refund options may be available upon request.

TEKTARIQ reserves the right to terminate a participant's access to the program at any time for violations of these Terms & Conditions, code of conduct, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: plagiarism, harassment, breach of confidentiality, intellectual property violations, or non-payment. Terminated participants forfeit all access to course materials and may be ineligible for future programs.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TEKTARIQ IT SOLUTIONS LTD is registered. Any legal disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts for the resolution of any disputes.
